Institutional Effectiveness Director Required Education & Experience: Master's degree or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field. Four years of experience in a relevant field. Preferred Experience: 3-5 years institutional research experience within an institution of higher education. 3-5 years field experience with applied research appropriate to conduct descriptive and predictive institutional research at a university. Experience working successfully with people of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize complex data and provide recommendations for actions based on evaluation. Expert level skills in SQL; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Substantive knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise. This is a full time, exempt staff, Grade 81, position with both a competitive salary and full benefits package.
