Is currently accepting applications for: Chief Operating Officer (COO) The COO will assist the President/CEO in planning, designing, developing, and maintaining CITC's service delivery system, through management of its Departments of Children and Family Services (CFS), Employment and Training Services (ETSD), Youth Empowerment Services (YES), Recovery Services (RS), and Clare Swan Early Learning Center (CSELC). Leadership: As an active member of the President's Council (PC), the COO is expected to provide the highest level of leadership and performance, and provide the CEO with strategic support. Leadership requires embodying and modeling CITC's values in all aspects of work, demonstrating a deeply held belief in the endless potential of Our People, embodying a deep commitment to our mission and vision, and adhering to CITC's core principles.
